The CRK (Chip Redemption Kiosk) is a robust, self-service terminal designed to optimise casino floor operations by automating the chip redemption process. By providing a secure and independent alternative to the cashier cage, the CRK significantly reduces queuing times and alleviates operational pressure on staff during peak periods.

The terminal features a unique slit-type batch insertion system, allowing guests to redeem their chips quickly and return to the gaming floor or exit the premises with a seamless, premium service experience.
