Located in Queens, New York, Resorts World New York City made gaming history as the first commercial casino in New York City to offer live dealer table games.

Operated by Genting, the property represents one of the most ambitious gaming and entertainment developments in the United States and forms part of a wider expansion vision that will further establish the venue as one of the country’s leading integrated resort destinations.

Live table gaming officially launched on 28 April 2026, introducing Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Sic Bo and Craps to New York City for the very first time and marking a defining moment for the city’s gaming industry.

The Brief

As Resorts World New York City prepared to launch live table gaming, the property required a complete portfolio of premium gaming equipment capable of supporting one of the most significant gaming developments in the United States.

The project demanded a coordinated solution that combined exceptional product quality, operational performance and premium aesthetics across a large-scale gaming floor. Every element needed to support the property’s vision while delivering a consistent and engaging player experience.

Working closely with the Resorts World team over a three-year period, TCSJOHNHUXLEY was selected as the principal supplier of live gaming equipment for the project, delivering the property’s complete portfolio of Gaming Tables alongside Roulette Wheels, displays, layouts, accessories and gaming floor technology solutions.

The Solution

TCSJOHNHUXLEY supplied more than 300 bespoke Gaming Tables across Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Craps and Sic Bo, including 28 Roulette Tables, all tailored specifically to Resorts World New York City’s operational and design vision. Developed in close collaboration with the Resorts World team, the tables featured bespoke finishes and coordinated design elements including rich Tiger Silk wood-effect laminates, black vinyl armrests, metallic accents and custom layouts, creating a consistent premium look and feel across the gaming floor while reflecting the property’s brand identity.

As the sole supplier of Roulette Wheels for the property, TCSJOHNHUXLEY also delivered more than 25 Saturn^TM Glo Roulette Wheels alongside Wheelmate consoles and AccuLevel technology. Designed to complement the property’s premium aesthetic, the Roulette installations combined exceptional performance, security and reliability with a consistent look and finish across the gaming floor.

The installation was further enhanced with Ora Grande 32-inch Gold Frame Displays integrated with the Dynamic Display System (DDS), custom layouts, D-i-Shaker technology, Chipper Champ solutions and a comprehensive range of gaming accessories and gaming floor technology. Together, these products created a premium and fully coordinated live gaming environment designed to support operational performance, security and the overall player experience.

The project required close collaboration between TCSJOHNHUXLEY’s Americas team, manufacturing operations in Mexico, technical specialists, logistics teams and project coordinators. Working hand in hand with Resorts World throughout the development process, the team successfully delivered a complex, large-scale installation that helped bring the property’s vision for live table gaming to life.
